This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Phantom Calls, a virtual call automation platform powered by AI. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
You are solely responsible for all activity under your Phantom Calls account. It is your duty to maintain the security of your credentials. We are not liable for any unauthorized access caused by negligence in protecting your login information, including the use of weak passwords or shared access.
Phantom Calls reserves the right to suspend or disable accounts that are compromised or show suspicious behavior.
You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and refrain from engaging in prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account, legal investigation, and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
Phantom Calls uses third-party AI models and infrastructure. We do not actively monitor or filter real-time AI interactions. You are responsible for the configuration and behavior of the AI agents you launch.
You must ensure that all AI-generated communication complies with ethical standards and legal boundaries. This includes avoiding manipulative, misleading, or harmful content.
All payments are final. Usage is calculated in real-time based on minutes, voice type, channel, and any additional features. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as NOWPayments.
Phantom Calls is not liable for delayed confirmations or failed crypto transactions caused by the payment gateway or blockchain conditions. Refunds are not offered due to the real-time nature of service usage.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of this agreement, misuse of the platform, or illegal activity.
In such cases, you forfeit all rights to remaining usage balance and stored data. Terminated users may be blocked from re-registration or further platform access.
